教學內容: 

謝老師的動瑜珈課程中,大多數的動作編排都是為了延展肌肉、增強核心力量、強化內在器官與排毒,專注的呼吸與有覺知的動作配合,也是動瑜珈課程強調的重點。在體位法練習包括基礎的各種平衡練習和更具挑戰性,例如會有更多肌耐力的動作、站姿動作、手平衡練習及各種倒立的變化式,而針對這些難度較高的動作,老師均會清楚的示範與解說。呼吸與動作同步,使身體由內而外產生熱能,則是不變的課程重點。適合各種程度的練習者 (All-Levels)。

Class Description: All-Levels
A slower paced Vinyasa practice that offers special attention to those less flexible or with injuries, offering variations to the more vigorous practice. Vinyasa flow using beginner to intermediate poses. Some demonstration and instruction included. Appropriate for those who are new to yoga as well as those wanting to brush up on their alignment and technique. Vinyasa flow designed for the intermediate practitioner.  However, class can be appropriate for beginner through advanced. If you would prefer modified or more challenging postures, this is the one. Vinyasa flow with minimal instruction.  Appropriate for intermediate and advanced students with an established yoga practice.

Yoga Teaching Bilingual - Chinese and English (採中英一起教授)
Welcoming people of all ages and all levels of experience, In my yoga class creates a safe, comfortable and nurturing environment for students to enjoy the benefits of yoga while finding support among one another. Classes are personalized to focus on different parts of your body and the routines change from month to month. Within the same month, class routines are kept similar so that students can get into the poses with repeated practice. With ceaseless energy and creativity for designing new poses, there is never a shortage of fun at my yoga class! I look forward to seeing you soon!

什麼是動瑜珈 ?
動瑜珈是結合串連流動的瑜珈動作與呼吸所編排的課程,將引導練習者學習如何以內在能量引導流暢的動作練習。在動瑜珈的練習裡,呼吸與動作是同步進行的,從一個動作到一個動作,流暢地在呼吸吐納間轉變。透過呼吸與鎖印能量的運用,練習動瑜珈時會自然從身體的內在產生熱能。每堂動瑜珈課程會有不同的主題,例如後彎、打開髖關節、前彎等。不同的動作,會帶來不同的挑戰與活力。

動瑜珈 1 對於初學者而言最適合的課程,尤其適合受過傷現在處於復健階段,或是正在尋找內在的溫和練習的人。幾乎所有動瑜珈姿勢旨在幫助你打開和伸展肌肉,伸直脊椎及調和體內器官,動瑜珈重點強調呼吸的專注還有內在的韻律協調。

動瑜珈 2 是較精力充沛的運動,課程充滿動感和活潑步調。包含更多的持續站立和手臂平衡動作,還有多樣的倒立姿勢。呼吸和姿勢正確是注重的焦點。

動瑜珈 3 將會挑戰你身體和心智的極限。這個練習提供站立動作系列、手臂平衡和如何將更高難度的瑜珈姿勢搭配著 Vinyasa 而運作在姿勢轉換之間。同樣地,呼吸、能量封印 (bandhas) 和姿勢正確一樣是注重的焦點。

Vinyasa Yoga - Flow Yoga
A derivative of Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga connects breath and asana to create an internal heat.  Fluid transitions allow poses to flow from one to another developing strength, stamina and flexibility while also calming the mind. 

 

師資介紹: 

Florence 謝老師已有25多年的瑜珈修行和10多年教學經驗.2004年完成 200小時的師資認證培訓課程. 在瑜珈修行的這條道路上,每一堂課,每一位同學都是她的學習對象,學生就是自我的一面鏡子,呼吸的紊亂、比較心的升起、無法專注在當下、勉強自己身體能承受的極限,種種心性的考驗在瑜珈墊上不斷發生。瑜珈境地的終途--三摩地之路遙遠無窮盡,對於體位法的精進和內觀的功課,她仍舊以最謙卑的態度持續修練。感恩過去所有老師的引領和教導,承載著老師傳授的滿滿寶庫,她期許自己能不斷的思考和誠實的反省,將感受到的瑜珈美好和益處,再同樣無私的分享給所有的學生。

Florence主要的練習以Vinyasa瑜珈為主軸,在教學中揉合各派系的精神在內,保有Ashtanga流暢的節奏與呼吸、搭配Iyengar的身體正位和輔具的運用、Anusara的性靈分享和如同密笈的通用順位法則;Florence深信各瑜珈派系必有它獨到之處,練習者帶著尊重的心情並且擁抱瑜珈大師與前輩們的淬鍊智慧,從不同的方式練習,但最後的目的,一樣是身心統整的開花結果。

Florence在課堂裡以活潑的指令和輕鬆的教學讓不同程度的學生都能快樂學習,同時眼睛如老鷹般關注著每一位學生的呼吸節奏和身體正位。看著同學們課後帶著飽飽的能量、舒暢的身心走出教室,就心滿意足。每一堂課都是一場生命的分享。Florence常鼓勵學生,除了瑜珈,也多多去接觸瑜珈之外的休閒和運動,讓瑜珈練習的面向更多元化和生活化。

Teacher Introduction:
Florence Hsieh is a certified yoga teacher in New York, New York. She completed her 200-hour teacher training at New York Yoga in 2004. She has been practicing Yoga for more than 25 years and has been teaching yoga for more than 10 years. Florence  leads thoughtful and challenging vinyasa classes that encourage students to find honesty, openness, and attention to their own work. Her teaching infuses her interest in so many aspects and traditions of yoga, with the power and beauty of the breath underlying all. She teaches precision without rigidity, freedom along with restraint, and compassion always. Florence believes a yoga practice can be beneficial for anyone, regardless of gender, age, religion, health status, or "flexibility."Yoga has been a grounding and uplifting force in Florence own life, and for this she is grateful each day. Yoga is not only her asana practice, but the way she lives her life as well as spiritual support. As both a teacher and student, she is constantly reminded of all that she still hopes to learn.From the bottom of her heart, Florence thanks all of her teachers and students, past, present, and future. Indeed, she believes all living beings are our teachers.
